What is the key determinant of the credit card fraud risk assessment in Indonesia? An idea for brainstorming

This study examined the direct effect of brainstorming on fraud risk assessment at credit card issuing banks in Indonesia. Therefore, it was expected to help improve their performance dealing with various frauds. involved 80 participants from management team four major Indonesia, consisting (anti-fraud specialist) and internal auditor team. The research analyzed using experimental method a 2X1 factorial design. Analysis Variance (ANOVA) would test data. individuals’ (without brainstorming) or group statistical ANOVA technique. analysis produced sig value less than 1% an F-count 50.556 > 0.143443, which higher F-table. results concluded that there were differences assessing between respondents those without it. Through method, turned out provided more accurate point view causes impacts.Hence, is crucial for Indonesia consistently implement anti-fraud governance by adopting produce better assessment.
